You must not use the Service for any illegal or abusive purposes. We expect you to use our Service responsibly and respect the rights of others.
As part of our acceptable use, you agree that you will not:
- Send spam!
- Use purchased, rented, or third-party lists of email addresses.

- Use Mailcast to automate a third-party service’s email verification process (this includes, but is not limited to, “creating multiple social network profiles” or “submitting forms with multiple Mailcast aliases under the same name”).
- Use Mailcast to create services which generate temporary or expiring email aliases for the purpose of concealing the recipient’s true email address. Such services include but are not limited to “Hide My Email” services.
- Create multiple free Mailcast accounts. Each user is limited to a single free account. This helps ensure our free resources are available to a broad user base.
