Domains

The first thing you need to do is add your domain to your account.

DNS configuration

You will need to configure your DNS to point to Mailcast’s mail servers so we can receive email on your behalf and configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to give Mailcast authority to deliver email for your domain.

MX records

You will need to add (or change) the MX records to point to Mailcast’s mail servers.
MX records are used by sending mail servers to know where to send email for your domain.

SPF records

SPF records are used to tell receiving mail servers whether the sending mail server is authorized to send email for your domain.

DKIM records

DKIM records are used to sign the email so recipients can verify that it was sent by your domain.

DMARC records

DMARC records are used to tell receiving mail servers how to handle email that doesn't pass SPF or DKIM.
